All the info you need on how to return your items or request a repair/alteration.

Bought one of my garments and need it repaired/altered?

I offer immediate fixings of my garments upon proof of purchase (receipt)! I strive my best to ensure that my clothing is high-quality and durable, but unfortunately, these things happen. If you’ve brought your new clothing home only to find that it doesn’t fit quite right, I will gladly resize the garment for you; if there has been a tear, a cut, a row of stitching undone, I will also ensure to repair it or refund you to suit your needs.

How much does it cost?

In store:

  • Basic alteration/repair: £5

  • Extensive alteration/repair: £10

  • Clothing from other shops incur an extra £2.50 fee to cover extra materials and time.

Online:

  • + postage fees

How long does it take?

All repairs are different - some big, some small, some require new materials, some do not. As all fixings and repairs are different, I will give you quote upon your submission for the service via email.​

​The fine print

Please note that I cannot repair or refund stained or stressed garments, as those are damage to the fabric fibres themselves.

If your garment is beyond repair by my own fault, I will gladly refund you 75% for your original purchase in exchange for the item – I cannot do this without a receipt (if bought from me), so please don’t forget it!

Prices are subject to increase/decrease at my own discretion as regarding to changing material costs. This current policy is valid as of 15/11/2024.
